1. Before establishment of The School (April 1st, 1954: nine years after the end of the Second World War )
February, 1951 Land Acquired for School Construction (mainly paid for by donation from a rich donor)
March, 1951 School groundbreaking
September, 1951 School Inauguration (Branch School of “NishikoiwaElementary School”)
June, 1952 & March, 1954 School Expansion
April, 1954 Change of name from 「Branch School of Nishikoiwa Elementary School」 to 「The Independent Kamiisshiki Elementary School」(The Opening Day of The School was May 21st, 1954)

2.After establishment of The School
Our School Started with a Student Population of 514, 18 Teachers and 5 Staff.
June 15th, 1964 The Tenth Anniversary Ceremony from the Opening was Held and Together with That the School Song was Composed.
March 29th, 1968 The School Buildings were Renovated as Reinforced-Concrete Buildings.
May 16th, 1969 Swimming Pool was Constructed.
February 12th, 1970 School Tree Planting Ceremony. The Tung Tree was Chosen as The School Tree.
January 8th, 1972 A Sundial was Presented.
September 26th, 1977 A Manneken Pis Statue (Peeing Boy Statue) was Presented.

May 1st, 1982 Electronic Security System was Introduced.
November 13th, 1984 Bon Festival Dance Song “Kamisho-Ondo” was Composed.August 31th, 1986 Multi-Purpose Lecture Room was Completed.
April 26th, 1994 Our School was Nominated as a Co-operating School of Volunteer Activity.
April 1st, 1999 Our School was Nominated as a School Encouraging Innovative Education.
April 1st, 2001 Our School was Nominated as a School Encouraging Human-Rights Education in Tokyo.
March 26th, 2003 Our School was Lent the Riverside of Shinnakagawa River as Educational Garden from Edogawa-ku ,
